Kimberly Powell is a purpose-driven leader whose life’s work centers on people.

 

Known as a natural encourager and motivator, she believes deeply in helping others feel seen, valued, and empowered. Her passion for service and excellence has guided her journey across entrepreneurship, authorship, media, and community leadership.

For nine years, Kimberly owned and operated a successful event decor and rental business, Party Possible Rentals & More. She officially retired from Party Possible on December 24, 2025, closing that chapter after earning recognition as a 2025 Trailblazer Award recipient.

 

She is also the host of sold-out women’s conferences and pop-up experiences, curating spaces that uplift, connect, and inspire. Today, she proudly leads a thriving community of over 1,100 women, focused on growth, healing, and empowerment.

As a first-time author, Kimberly transformed her experience surviving a narcissistic marriage into purpose and hope. She was a guest speaker on The Morning Tea Radio Show before becoming its co-host and has appeared in Black Link Magazine Media, Tha Cre8Her Podcast, and The Pulse of God Forgiveness Podcast. Through her platforms and communities, Kimberly continues her mission to uplift, inspire, and remind women of their worth.
